Fogo is great, but I hit Texas De Brazil a lot more often because they have a FW location that's a lot closer to me.
Personally, I always spend a LOT more at Bob's. Close to double. By the time you get an appetizer or two, salad, maybe a dessert, and drinks, Bob's is usually $300 or more for me and my old lady. It's damn good, though!
The churrascurias are better for a (relatively) cheaper meal where you can walk out stuffed. The salad bar is amazing, to the point where you have to be careful not to fill up on it alone.Comment

I've had that same experience, as well. Never been to Fogo, but probably 2 out of the 4 times I've been to TdB, it was extremely salty. YMMVComment
