Another thing, DJ, would be to look for an El Pollo Regio. The lunch plate is 2 pieces of chicken, rice and beans for $4.99. It's really good for what it is. And can be really expensive if you steer away from the lunch plate.

A few that I like:
Bag of bagels, pack of smoked salmon, and low fat cream cheese makes for a good and lean lunch.
Bag of avocados to cut up on top of a prepared salad.
Hummus and pita pockets with whatever else to fill them with.

Ive had it before, it was decent.

I try to stay at my desk and bring leftovers if possible. My buddy buys the pasta steamer bowls at sams and eats them every day of the week. I cant stand to have the same thing over and over, and really dont like having to run somewhere to get something.
