  • most usefull grilling/bbq/smoking tools/equipment?

Been shopping for spatulas, tongs, etc lately. Any recommendations on something you use that works great?

        Wireless thermometer
        Hand mops
        Spray bottle(s)
        Silicon brushes

As far as a tool set for the grill, I have one made by Jenn Air, and it has even awesome. They are 18 or 20" long, I can't recall. And they aren't the cheap flimsy shit

Big Lots sells the silicon brushes and hand mops for around $2/ea, which is cheap as shit.

what do you guys use to move large cuts of meat?

I end up having some trouble with briskets.

They have these black rubber gloves with a lining in them - protect from heat - which I use to move briskets and pork butts around with. Great investment and also use to pull the pork and hold the brisket when slicing. Go get them!
