yes make you sure you scrape the grill real good, i bought this spray from walmart that you can add oil in it so i just sprayed it with that and the fish does not stick at all.
seasoning: furikake, pepper, garlic salt, and adobo. Try it out, Furikake is in the asian department in krogers. (Furikake is dried seaweed). Grill the fish and while its cooking drizzle lemon on top of it.
Leah makes the marinade we use on salmon, which has oil (to Brent's point). As for the grill part, I clean it well then spray on some pam right before I put it on, and start with the skin side first. Don't usually have any issues with it sticking.
Damn all that looks good. I guess I need to fire up the grill...
