Smoked some ribs and a pork loin. ( didn't get pics of the pork loin earlier. It was just a little one that we ate for lunch )

"Smoked" some ribs today

I had some ribs I intended to cook this last weekend and that didn't happen, so they needed to be cooked and I didn't want to eat at 10 or 11pm. So tried a quick smoke, 2 hours at 350. They weren't the best ever, but still better then what lots of bbq places try to pass off as ribs. I used royal oak lump coal with apple wood chunks in my egg.
