You could always make burgers. I stuff mine with anything and everything. japs, bacon, cheese, etc. Make sure and toss in an egg to help the patties stick together.

taco ring- pillsbury dough croissants wrapped around cooked meat with cheese and whatever else you want to throw in it, bake till the croissants are done, bam instant good meal.

1 lb wouldn't be enough for two people at my house.
When I was a kid, we would sometimes have what we called "scrambled meat", which was really just browned ground beef served up and then you mix in sour cream, grated cheese, and either ketchup or hot sauce (we used Pace picante), Just mix it all up until it's pink and creamy and go to town.
