You all have made some very good looking meals in this thread!

Here's my lowly, basic contribution from a special dinner I cooked for my wife a while back.

(grilled ribeye steak, grilled jumbo shrimp, sauteed green beans with sliced almonds, garden salad and scalloped potatoes.)

Needless to say, there were plenty of delicious left overs for Monday night.

Do you fry, pan fry, or bake? Pics look baked but my eyes are jacked up this morning. These are SO easy to make, and when baked, really aren't terribly unhealthy. I don't know how you do yours, but I use thick sliced off the bone ham from the deli counter, and panko bread crumbs. Pound the chicken out as thin as I can get it, bread it, top with ham, cheese, and roll. You can throw that shit together so quick, it's become a staple at my house. A little quinoa with some parm or saffron, salad, and bam.

Hot as in plenty of horse raddish hot, or spicy hot? I usually end up adding extra HR to the cocktail sauce I get at the store. Either way, it looks great!

Baked. I do it just about the same... Pound it thin , roll with thick sliced ham and swiss, dust w/ flour, egg bath, roll in the mix, bake. Easy, delicious, and if people don't know better they'll think you actually put a lot of effort into it

Horseradish. Hot enough that it makes the back of my head itch sometimes.

Ended up using some last night. Sashimi w/ a soy, lime, sesame drizzle and a seared tuna steak salad w/ a homemade dressing (soy, lemon ginger, wasabi, vinegar, etc), and some edamame for good measure
