That honestly just looks like a pilaf to me. A proper risotto will be cooked in broth until it has a creamy consistency. Yours just looks like rice cooked/steamed until most of the moisture was cooked out. Not dogging your dish at all though, it actually looks very appetizing, just doesn't look like what I know to be a true risotto.
