Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp

Anywhere to buy these locally already done? Going camping Saturday and got a craving for cooking some Shrimp but I've never prepared them on my own and maybe looking to save myself some time and trouble. How hard are they to prepare anyway? Haven't really looked into it (guess I'll do that this afternoon) but from what I remember a buddy of mine telling me it didn't seem that hard.

What kind of stuffing are we talking? I think I've seen some at Central market stuffed with cheese and jalapeno wrapped in bacon. They're not too hard to make either.
