What are y'all doing for Easter besides watching the Rangers and drinking?

I'm pondering a shindig dependent on rain and I don't want to smoke anything. I did ribs and yard bird last weekend and the thought of the smell is still vomit inducing. I thought fajitas, but if it rains that's out.
