        Sorry about lack of pictures. It just looks like pieces of cake. Very dense cake. From what I read you're supposed to put some chai nuts in there for the fat content.

              He probably means meal replacement in the same way that Slim-Fast shakes are used. Something low calorie that curbs your hunger without shoveling down 1k calories of junk food.
