Correct me if I'm wrong, but last I checked by the time BEK, Sysco, and US Foods distributes their meat products it is has been modified and/or additives/preservatives added, etc. That was the great thing about getting stuff from Daniel, all of theirs was pre-distribution product that didn't contain any of that unwanted garbage.
