In Vegas and one of my favorite things here is the food... Had breakfast at a place called Hash House A Go Go.
It's a hammered pork tenderloin covered with scrambled eggs and a BBQ cream sauce (awesome) all on top of a pile of griddled mashed potatoes with a homemade biscuit on top, then tomatoes, and spinach. The picture doesn't show how massive it really is, gotta be close to 3lbs of food.
The wife had sausage gravy and biscuits, it was killer too!
