Capital Grille is the best one I've had

I'll have to second this, but I'm not well seasoned on local steak houses at all. However, I'm don't feel abused after dropping the coin there like I do at most places. The food seems worth the cost to me.

What part of town are ya'll living in? DFW is like the capital of crap ass chains. I try to only support independents. Hence why I tout places like Bob's Grapevine and Mi Dia so much. Bob's in Grapevine isn't affiliated with the others, which are owned by Omni. Mi Dia is completely independent. I know you're tired of hearing it, but seriously, take the wife to dinner there. You won't be disappointed.

Victor Tango's on Henderson is the shit too, if you're near there. It's a tapas joint.

We're in Lake Highlands and I work in the Crescent. Yeah, I'm not referencing chains, I'm talking places that were supposed to be good. We would kill to find a good pizza here but I think that just isn't going to happen. We had what everyone agreed was the best around here last night and it was awful. I think our favorite Dallas pizza place reopened (I know it had closed) so I'll have to check that out.
