        How did y'all fuck up a pork butt? Rub some spices - smoke a couple hours - wrap - pull at 190-195 - rest

          It was right under 10 lbs before I trimmed some of the fat , not all the fat just a little. And I smoked it about 8 hrs.

                here's the pork belly and a pork loin on the smoker from this weekend, that Brent was talking about.



                This is what the pork belly ended up looking like the next day, glazed and grilled.



                Finally, Pork Belly tacos and Asian tablitas (deep fried)

                  I think that may have been one of our best outings to date. Everything was perfect. The pork belly, the slaw, and those tablitas were fucking awesome. Motherfucking Asian Invasion.


                  The pork loin was an afterthought, and it shocked me a little bit. Was extremely moist, and that store bought rub was pretty tasty, I thought.
