Need to buy a combo grill

What do you guys recommend? my uncle is looking to buy a gas/charcoal grill and is looking to spend about $300. We looked at home depot and lowes and found a couple he liked but not so sure about the quality.

between Brinkmann and Char-broil, which is a better brand?

Both are cheaply built grills just get the one you like better.

Pretty much. All the combos are cheaply built. Keep it in the garage, or get a cover. A friend has had the char broil one, for 6 years or so, with no issues.

That is what I figured. I guess he should get which ever one is the biggest in the same price range.
