Yes sir it is... I just recently got a set of steak knives from them. I have a santoku, regular chefs knife and a paring knife from them. They rock but still pricey. All Amazon lightning deals

Since I work tomorrow, we did xmas dinner today...
I decided to cook a good meal:
Prep:
Finished:
Sous Vide Ribeye steaks with Montpiller butter(cut in half...2" steaks)
Butter Poached Lobster tails
Mashed potatoes with mascapone cheese and garlic confit
Asparagus with balsamic vinegar/soy butter
This is why you cook sous vide...wall to wall medium rare goodness.
I'm a huge fan of sous vide, just not when it comes to steaks. It does look good, I just prefer a flame licked steak.

But, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.
Prime Rib Roast, its been 8 weeks aged and 3 days in 'L' seasoning and black pepper and i'll be frying up a turkey injected with Emerils, garlic mashed taters, broc&rice with Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese and homeade bread.

Look all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.
I baked a chicken and smoked a brisket. Did the brisket hot and fast, first time I've tried that. Turned out very moist and had a lot of flavor, but parts of it were kinda chewy.

There were only 6 adults present for Christmas dinner yesterday at my BIL's, but we had a ton of food, lol. Mostly traditional. Turkey, Ham, Candied Yams, Green Been cassarole, etc.. Although, he did make some ribs too, complete with Ceyko's secret bbq sauce, which always hits the spot!
