ideas? recipes? we're having a potluck thing at work and they want me to smoke a turkey, i was thinking about picking up a small boneless breast (not many in the office) and tossing that on for a few hours tonight.
how should I brine it? I can pick one up at lunch and get it soaking if that would help. what temps do i need to smoke to? anything wrong with putting some smoke on it for a few hours then finishing off in the oven?
