Thats triple chocolate. It has a thicker consistency than the rest. Much like fudge. All of the bark is $12 a pound. I haven't made a batch yet to see how much a pound of chocolate is going to make

No. The delivery is based on the number of cake bite/sweets ordered. I told him at about $100 worth of extra orders, my time away from the kitchen should be covered. Last week I delivered a pair of cakes to mckinney for CWO. Its not a whole lot farther than that, however its closer to Thanksgiving and my production increses.
