When I put them into the foil, I always put honey and margarine. This time I added some agave. Last time I put brown sugar (and they came out like 1st Chinese BBQ pork, so really sweet). This time they came out sweet, but good.
Everyone really liked them.

wow I have never smoked bologna before.. I have 2 big pieces and then cut a few small pieces up so I could "test" throughout the smoke..I just tried a piece and it was really good
I just got a log a from walmart and cut it in half then cut the ends flat and used those as my smaller pieces
rubbed them with mustard and then some pork rub seasoning
