Brisket was a little on the dry side but was tender. It was on for 24 hrs at about 200 for most of it and then turned it up to about 230 when I put the ribs on . Next time ill prob try higher heat for shorter time and go up to 205 IT again
Of course this was fat cap down so I don't know if its that or the temp change. Doh!
