I also have some beef ribs smoking for tonight too. I've heard beef ribs are hard to make so I wanted tools sure we had something to eat for dinner. I also have chicken to throw on the grill just incase neither of these worked out haha

They were a little on the done side but not bad but really the amount of meat sucked. There's a ton more meat on pork spare ribs
