Phatso's Cheesesteaks From Austin?

I tried it today and it was pretty tasty. The guy working there said it's only the 3rd day they've been open. The location in Austin has queso that's supposed to be the bomb-diggity, but FW doesn't have it yet. I'm gonna have to go back for that. I've never tried Billadelphia's, so I can't compare them, but the owner is from PA and they have the legit Amoroso rolls shipped in. I forgot to take a pic of the menu, but it's pretty basic with the only abberations being options of chicken, bacon and pepperoni.
I had beef, provolone, wit' onions, add jalapenos, side of bacon cheese fries, and of course a Dr Pepper.
If you're in the area, check it out. I'll check out Billadelphia's next week and report back.

Finally had a chance to go to Billadelphia's today. They're neck and neck, as far as I'm concerned. I tried to keep it as comparable as possible, so we had a beef, provolone, wit' onion, and spicy fries, a side of chili cheese fries. Also tried Bill's favorite, a Pepperoni Pizza sandwich.
The meat was just a tad drier at Phatso's, and barely enough to even notice, but there was less cheese on Bill's sandwich. Prices were extremely comparable. I didn't realize Bill's new location is a "shack" for lack of a better word, so we sat at a picnic table that sits up against the building. We were exposed to the elements, so Phatso's takes an upper-hand on that due to the pavilion at the food park. Of course, that doesn't affect the food, so whatever. I had bacon cheese fries at Phatso's and chili cheese fries at Bill's. The plain fries at Bill's come with 4 options of "spice" from salt mix, spicy, garlic, to crab. The spicy fries were pretty tasty, and after a few bites they really began to taste like Chili Cheese Fritos. I preferred the cheese fries at Phatso's to the cheese fries at Bill's, although there is a good chance that they use the same processed nacho cheese. I'm fine stating that I'm nowhere near an expert on canned nacho cheese. I will definitely be eating at both of these in the future.
Phatso's:
Smaller menu
Sandwich was great
Offered jalapenos
onions were grilled longer than Bill's (I preferred these)
more cheese on the sandwich than Bill's
Fries were cooked perfectly- lightly crisp outside
Uses a spice on fries which is probably Tony's or some other "cajun" spice
Bun/roll/whatever was lightly grilled.
Took about 12 minutes to get food
Other notes: food park has covered seating and music playing.
Billadelphia's:
Much larger menu
Sandwich was great
Offered "hot peppers"
Onions weren't grilled as long. They were only cooked to "translucent," although I'm sure they'd grill them longer if you ask
Fries were cooked right on the edge of being perfect. Some had a slight crisp, some didn't
Spicy fries used a unique spice. Tasted like chili cheese Fritos. Yum.
Took about 10-11 minutes to get food
Other notes: Pepperoni Pizza sandwich was pretty damn tasty. Very limited seating. Bill and his cook were really nice. We got a free refill on one of our drinks and they only charged us for two combo meals, even though we ordered one side of fries as chili cheese fries.
Again, very very close and IMO you can't go wrong with either (so far). I'll leave these big pics up because Bill's website doesn't have much info and it's a pain in the rear to try and read his menu online.
