Been working like crazy and haven't been able to fire up the smoker for over a month. Well that changed today. Bought some jumbo shrimp and some bacon and went to town.

I thought bacon wrapped hot dogs looked damned good when I saw them at the ballpark. But breakfast sausage wrapped in bacon....damn that looks good. Will have to try it out. What if they were in croissants with cheese???
