    Can't fucking wait until they open up over here in Deep Ellum. I live 2 blocks from their new location so I'll be walking my fat ass over there very very often.

    On Pecan Lodge's Last Day at the Farmers Market, Smoky Tears Were (Almost) Shed

    Hopefully the new location and additional smoker(s) will help with the long lines on the weekends.

    I hope when you went you got a chance to try out Black's BBQ. I think they are opening up a store in Austin next year as well. Really need to do a BBQ road trip down there sometime soon.

    Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to City Market in Luling, and get there when they open. It's sold by the pound, so you can get it to go, and bomb back in time for the race.
