  • Made a couple of fatties for tonight

    Here's the first bacon weave...



    Here's the Italian fattie...

    Bacon weave, sprinkled with Italian seasoning, then pesto, then hot Italian sausage, followed by baby portabello mushrooms, and spinach artichoke dip.



    And the Mexican fattie...

    Bacon weave, sprinkled with fajita sazon, then enchilada sauce, then pork chorizo, followed by green chiles, white onion, and diced jalapeno, topped with velveta.

                              I disagree, that ruby red bird is awesome when it's hot outside. Then again I don't really drink beer because I like the flavor.

                              Yup, should be smoked at 225-250 til it reaches 165 degrees.
