Eagerly waiting. BTW, what time are you there till? I'd like to jump in on some of your offers but I don't get off till 5:30 and have probably an hour and a half drive up there with traffic.

I normally know all sales right before 2 pm. Somethings we may only have 1 or 2 cases of that's why I tell people I need to know ASAP. If there is something super cheap like 32 pounds of hamburger meat for $50 and only 1 case I'll usually buy it myself and if no one wants it ill just cram it in the deep freeze . I work from about 2:30 to midnight but the first couple hours is getting my crews started and dealing with phone calls from trucking companies so the later in the evening is the best time for me normally. I have had one person ask me to bring it home with my since I live about 15 miles from 35 and I don't mind I just don't want my neighbors thinking I'm a drug dealer with new people always at my house. Normally sales run strongest in summer and when it cools off they drop off to maybe a couple times a month due to running different product. I can order anything I want on wednesday and have it cut and ready Thursday as well. Special ordering it may not be as cheap as catching things on sale but it still far outweighs buying anything from the store. This is usually when I order all my pork chops. Anything I order myself I always know price and weight before I pay for anything so I can make sure it's a good deal . People tend to forget that prices do change and change daily so one day something super cheap may be more the next day.

i have a couple people that like to come after 8 pm just to avoid the traffic all together and some that come close to the end of my shift . Really any time past 6 is best for me

Yes that's perfectly fine and usually much easier since the start of my day is making sure 30+ guys on 3 seperate sides of the plant are working and not standing with a thumb up their ass.

Yes and I don't want anyone thinking I'm gettig any special treatment. I just happen to have a bad ass hookup through my job I don't mind sharing with people. I started posting the deals when I went and bought a pack of pork chops on a Sunday and almost had a stroke for what I paid for them . I have not bought meat from the store in almost 6 years and it surprised me how expensive one pack was. I am getting roughly 12 pounds for about the cost of 2 packs of pork chops from the store. I know everyone on here is a millionaire and has all this money to blow but there are some people who may not necessarily need the help but do benefit from the cost savings especially when it comes to feeding a couple kids. If you were to go buy 4 pounds of hamburger meat at the store you will rougly spend 20 bucks or you can buy 16 pounds of the exact same hamburger for the same price...If it makes people feel better ill leave you the price slip in the case so you can see for yourself . I never do because it has my personal information in it but I guess I can black it out. I'm not making money , it's not my meat, it's not my business . Even today I posted the homestyle patties as $20 . I just paid $22.25 for them but I'm not complaining nor do I care. Its easier for people to just hand me a $20 than get change and dollar bills. I don't know why this subject has been such a huge deal the past few weeks but I think most of the people complaining have the wrong idea.
