            LMAO. On a serious note, the first time I ever had Salmon was smoked at Texas de Brazil. It was delicious, so that popped into my head. I threw them on the grill with EVOO, and dusted very lightly with salt. We had leftover pico from fajitas, so I bought a pineapple and threw some chunks in the pico. It was great.

                  The phone camera doesn't really pick up the colors well. It was far more "red" than the other salmon in the meat counter. I really haven't had any other salmon, other than the smoked salmon at TdB, but the guys all really liked it. My driver says his family tries to eat salmon once a week, and this was better than what they always get. It was flaky, but kept good flavor/moisture, and I enjoyed it. Just my .02.

                        Make sure to smell it before you buy it. Chances are they are trying to clear out what is left over, as it's the end of the season. Go for it, just make sure you aren't getting bad fish. And before you ask, yes, they will sell you bad fish if you let them.

                          Been in stores a couple weeks now but just hit Tom Thumb, and it's $14.99/lb. HEB is $30/lb, Central Market is usually $39.99/lb.

                          Season ends in 2 weeks, so you've got maybe 3 weeks max to find it in stores.
