Memorial Day Grilling: Whatcha got?

I got family and friends coming over tomorrow, and I'm looking for some grilling ideas. I plan to cook some dogs and burgers for the kids, but I can't decide what else to grill. I'm leaning toward peach cobbler and ice cream for dessert, but I might do a key lime pie if I grill two additional meats. I usually plan ahead, but I just got back in town and will be headed up to the grocery store latter tonight. TIA.

Wild hog chops, wild hog ribs with stuffed peppers and mushrooms rapped in maple bacon, backed potatoes, 2 salads, baked beans and rolls. Is what we are having.

Sounds damn good dude, but no dessert? I fogot about rolls so I'm glad you mentioned them. I also plan on doing shrooms and peppers as a light filler.
