Just wanted to give a big thanks to Hines57 for the hookup on stocking the freezer, we picked up 15# of pork chops, 26# of tenderloin primals & 25# of hamburger and it all looks great. After reading through the beef aging thread I think I'll let these tenderloin primals set in the fridge for 7-10 days before I cut them up an freeze them. Can't wait to give them a try!!
