Anyone nuke it in microwave? My mom always did it that way. It was okay but way too crispy for me.

Cast iron skillets rule. Use it when I cook steaks or eggs or bacon or... yeah you get the point.
Only in the morning, because I am usually trying to get out the door. I do my eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon in the microwave. It tastes ok.

If you did your bacon in a cast iron skillet, you could cook your eggs and hash browns directly in the bacon grease after it, and experience god's own deliciousness for breakfast.

This....Down at the deer lease we have a giant griddle to cook 3-5lbs of bacon at once, collect the grease as it runs off the put the potatoes and peppers on there and poor grease on top.

I've been throwing my bacon in the oven for years. Like an earlier poster said, it's easier to cook a larger quantity. It comes out nice, straight, & crispy. Just make sure to line your pan with foil to ease cleanup.
