Yes that's exactly what happened . The pink slime is stupid it's just a certain company that blends it up to that amount of paste . That's the reason it's really one picture being circulated. It's just a fat filler plain and simple

I get my ground beef at Costco anyways. They grind it up right there. Pretty decent quality too.
