The Best Stop. It's in Scott Louisiana, but they do ship. Their smoked boudin is pretty tasty. I work and live in Baton Rouge now and this was a staple for all my trips back and forth to Austin the last 5 months. There is also Dons Specialty meats. I don't feel that it holds a candle to the Best stop.

Hebert's Meats makes good Boudin, but the closest ones are in Longview and Lindale. I always get a cooler full of stuff when I am in the area. They also make great deboned stuffed chickens, turduckens, etc.Atlantic Blue '00 - '03 Cobra motor and TKO600, solid axle, full MM suspension
