  • Country style rib kabobs

    Couldn't sleep so I decided to go to the store and get shit for lunch tomorrow. Got some country style ribs and cubed them for kabobs. Whipped up a brown sugar and bourbon marinade. 5 more hours and they go on the smoker and should be ready around lunchtime.

    Why put off till tomorrow what you can put off till the next day?
