I started the other thread because the comercals made it look good, but I knew it was too good to be true. And now they are opening a Furrs, so I wanted to get a few opinions. Eh, I probably wont go, I cant afford to get sick and if I pay to get sick I'll burn that bitch to the ground...

I've always put Bennigan's in the same category with Applebee's and Chili's. 80% of their menu is pure overpriced and/or processed garbage.

Furr's is leaps and bounds better than Golden Corral. I only eat the
Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes, and occasionally one of those Salsbury steak things. Just go expecting cafeteria food and you'll be happy. It's nothing special.

I've always been a cafeteria lover, back when there were only Wyatt's and Highland Park Cafeteria. I guess it goes back to my elementary and middle school days, thats all we had. I only go to Lubys these days and then only a few times a year, they have got a little expensive.
I'm pretty sure the Furr's in Plano will be very good, its a only a few blocks from the City of Plano HQ's and the cops will be there in force, no need to get the cops sick and risk getting shut down...
