                They are made fresh daily, then frozen for shipment. Just pop them in the steamer.

                From what I can tell, they don't lose any quality. We do a bunch of business with those people, an they came up with 40 dozen or so to test in our kitchen. Their minds were made up after cooking 6 dozen, and they left the rest with me. Even after being frozen, they were still he best I've ever had.

                  I might have to give you some of my mom's don't think anyone has said they've had better than hers.

                  That and I'll have to try the ones you've suggested as well.
