If you guys are ever in Forney, try this place out. Its the best catfish i have ever had. It is cajun style so it has a nice hotness to it. Every time i have been everything has been cooked perfect. the fish, fries, corn on the cob, etc is all spicy and tastes great. I dont know what they do to the corn but it is over the top hot. Almost like they let the corn sit in jalapeno juice for days.

Its in an old Sonic, so the restaurant itself is pretty small, but they added an outdoor area that we plan to use when it warms up. its right off of Broad street in downtown Forney.

No. Take the broad street exit (the one with the mini statue of liberty) and stay straight. It will be on your left after the first stop light, after the oil change place.

good catfish is hard to find, aside from homemade. I'm also really judgmental about hush puppies and tartar sauce. I guess because I make it all homemade so often. I'll have to go check them out.

That is some nasty shit. I guess if you like double fillet catfish with the skin still on. Lots of cornmeal with little meat plus the skin. Yak.

They are closed on monday and tuesday.
