  • Stovetop love it or hate it?

    OK so some coworkers and I are in complete disagreement of stovetop brand stuffing. Love it or hate it?

              Stovetop sucks. I make my grandma's cornbread dressing from scratch if I want stuffing.

                    Well I didnt think it would go that way but shows how much I know

                    I have never had cornbread stuffing that I liked but Im not a cornbread fan anyway. I love the hell outta stovetop turkey stuffing though!

                      Ill type up my recipe and post it up, I need to put it down in writing anyways. Its not hard to make, just takes some tome to get the cornbred made and also to shred the loaf.

                        My grandma's is half cornbread and half regular bread crumbs (white or what depending on preference). What didn't you like about the cornbread stuffing? I don't make my cornbread sweet when it's for stuffing.

                          My mom makes it from scratch using regular white bread and it's the fucking bomb. Stovetop doesn't even come close, it's a horrible imitation.

                          Google some recipes and make it from scratch. You will never buy that processed bullshit again.

                              I'm not a fan of stuffing really, but my SIL makes this sausage stuffing that is the bomb.

                              Also, I've been told we are having tamale stuffing for Christmas. That will be interesting, and I'm looking forwarrd to it.
