    I used to get pissed when ordering salmon at restaurants and they covered it with a sauce of some sort, and was really on the fence when I first tried her marinade, but I'm telling you, it is some damn good stuff.

    As far as good salmon, I have reeled in 30+ pounders, I am quite familiar with it.

      aside from raw (the best way), i will only eat salmon cooked a few different ways.

      one being cajun-ass-blackened, especially as a burger.

      the other being delicately steamed in a pouch along with typical asian veggies like sugar snap peas, bamboo shoots, carrot with clean and simple flavors like soy + citrus + mirin + ginger. maybe a bit of chili sesame oil on the veggies.
