recipe for beef enchiladas anybody

Thats why i said it would be fajita beef style if i made them. I'm not a big fan of ground beef enchiladas, nor chile con carne.

I am not a big fan of the ground beef enchiladas either, but if I have them, I need to have the chile con carne on them.

My grandmother used to make some homemade cheese enchiladas with that stinky mexican white cheese. Damn those were good.

I used to work with a lady that would make me a pan of flat enchiladas, like enchilada lasagna. They were the shit. If you could get a good sauce recipe these were just layers of corn tortillas with seasoned ground beef, cheese and sauce between them in a pan with lots of cheese on top.
