Hey guys, anyone know of a place that serves or has healthier options as far as meals since me and my wife like to go out to eat from time to time, but are tired of subway, and Zoe's kitchen... i know places have like a "healthy choice" section, but we were looking for a place tailored specifically for that. Any suggestions?

The healthiest place to eat that you can guarntee what you are eating is good for you is right in your own kitchen. Make it a fun thing, find some recipes together that you both like and spend some time together cooking it. It's fun, healthy and usually cheaper too.

I read one of Jack Lalane's books, and he put it like this.
While he preferred to eat at home 90% of the time because he could control his food options, he still felt it was important for him and his wife to go out, be social, and enjoy life. When we was out, he was very specific on how he liked his food prepared and cooked. If the restaurant wasn't willing to do just that, then he'd go somewhere else.
His typical meal while out for dinner included one piece of fish, baked, no butter or oil, and steamed fresh veggies, no butter or oil, and a glass of wine.
His take was as the diner, you should be able to have your food how you want it, and be able to "eat healthy" anywhere you go. He also stated that when we went out around his house, he went to the same place everyweek, because he knew they knew exactly how he liked his food, and he never had to ask for anything special.

Your wife would probably light up if you were to stop at the store and go home and cook a nice, healthy meal for her.

Cool, just wondering, because I've seen people say they had a 500ish calorie bowl, until you really looked at it, and it was almost 1000 calories
Most bowls come with 2 servings of beans and 2 servings of rice, at least in terms of the servings on their website. The meat they are stingy with so typically it's an exact spoonful

80-90% of the time I cook for myself, but...
As for healthy places that I eat:
1) Lots of Mongolian food places(Bataar and Genghis are my personal favs)
2) San Diego Taco(I get their grilled chicken burritos with chicken and cilantro for $4 each...I eat 4-5)
3) Freebirds and Chipotle(I get chicken w/extra chicken, pinto beans, small scoop of rice, and lots of lettuce)
4) KFC(Grilled chicken breasts, I used to eat this a lot, but not so much anymore)
5) BBQ(Main Street BBQ and Springcreek BBQ, I only get about a pound of lean brisket with all the fat cut off and a few pounds of smoked chicken or turkey)
6) BJ's Brewhouse(Angel Hair Toscana w/double extra grilled chicken)
7) Jason's Deli or Subway(I used to eat these places, but not really much anymore)
That is all that I can think of off the top of my head.
