I fried a turkey with it for Christmas. Is that too long? Can I use it to fry fish this weekend?

Fried Turkey oil is only good for 3 MAYBE 4 birds... After a time I will use it after a month if it is strained and only the second one done in that batch.. I will run 4 birds on the same oil if it is new and not looking to bad..... Other then that time for a dump and change. Two years ago we did 15 birds and I had to change oil after 2 cause the oil didn't look right.


Heat is your friend time is not....If you did not strain it throw it away and after this much time put it in the garbage
