Find an Italian grocery store down there, and buy their frozen dough balls. I get mine from Jimmy's up here. Hell, even the Boboli crusts are better than frozen pies.
Central market, Sam's Club, and Whole Foods sell dough balls.

I can't stand Chicago style pizza, it's like a pizza casserole with soggy dough holding it together.

I'm a good New York style person, crisp bottom, crust with some chew to it.

I like the Freschetta PizzAmore regular crust cheese pizzas (not the brick oven or self-rising), but they are getting hard to find anymore, and when I do find them, they are over 7 bucks. Fuck that!

I've gone back to eating two Totinos hamburger pizzas for a meal every now and then. They aren't good, but they make a turd and I can usually find them for a buck each. The price makes them tough to beat for a quick meal.

I don't really eat frozen pizza much and I'm even picky about restaurant pizza, but strangely enough I do love the Totino's meat combo. Probably because I ate it a lot when I was a kid. Sriracha all over it too.

There are papa murphy's in Austin. On mondays and tuesdays I think it's only $5 for a large. Even at $8 is better than most delivery places and the larges are 16" vs 14" like most places.

Funny you say that, I get the pizzas from Lou Malnati's and cook them about ten minutes past what they recommend and they come out with a crisp bottom and thick chewy crust. We get them at Christmas time around here so over Christmas break when it is cold outside I am cooking them bad boys up!

Yea but if you order six of them it comes out to $16.666 each including shipping. Still a bit pricey but not awful.

I saw that. You just have to drop a hundy to do it. That definitely is the best value. Maybe this can be our thanksgiving day dinner.
