Gonna throw some pork chops on the grille tonight for dinner. What's some good seasoning or rub to put on them? As you can tell I don't cook a lot of pork. Thanks

depends on the quality of the pork chop
cheap store pre-wrapped pork chops, Stubbs pork marinade is the shit.
quality double bone in pork chops from the meat market or cut to order, salt, pepper, a little olive oil on a super hot grill, cooked to medium (still a slight pink inside) topped with butter just like a steak.

Not grilled, but one of my favorite comfort foods is pork chops smothered in mushroom gravy. Pan fry with blackening seasoning, drain of most of the oil, but leave a tbsp in there, leave the cracklings. Two cans of cream of mushroom soup, one can cream of chicken, and half a cup of milk. Season to taste. I use black pepper, cayenne, and salt.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Deviled porkchops was one of my favorite dishes as a kid, and I still make it every now and again.
DEVILLED PORK CHOPS
Not necessarily my recipe, but pretty damn close one I found online:
4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Marinate pork chops in above mixture for at least 1 hour. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Wipe dry. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown chops. Heat marinade with 1/2 cup water. Place chops in a non-metal ovenproof pan. Pour heated marinade around chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until they are tender. Serve with rice or baked potato. Serves 4.
(Cheater's Method: Omit marinating process. Pour marinade and water over chops and bake. Chops will not be quite so tender, but taste fine.)
