just start with a franks red hot base and create your own recipe.. I would think fresh produce(jalps or habanero) and several spices would make for an awesome kick.. no extracts though... celery salt mixes well with wing sauce too

Theres a little joint in DeSoto called Jazzy's. We use to go there every wed it was like 40 wings for 18.99 and one dollar beers. We have never got the really hot but the regular are pretty warm. The hot had my buddy sweating pretty good and I know they have like a fire version and the guy will make them as hot as you can stand. The wings are really good and the Jazzy fries are great with melted cheese, ranch, and bacon. It is right at 35 and Pleasant Run. Oh and the girl that runs it is a sports freak and always has games on.

I like hot stuff just as much as the next guy and think that habaneros are the best tasting chiles, but there comes a point where heat overpowers flavor. Your wing sauce recipe is a prime example. What's the point, other than to curl up into the fetal position for an hour?

I don't have a problem with enjoying both the heat and the flavor. You can actually taste the honey and worcestershire in there along with the different kinds of chiles. It's very tasty to me. You can always adjust how much of the hot stuff you put in it to taste. That recipe just happens to be how I like it.
The amount of heat and pain that is actually experienced seems to vary greatly with people. For me it does hurt my mouth but I've had some girlfriends that could gobble up 2M+ Scouville habanero extract sauces and it didn't even seem to cause them any discomfort at all.
LOL at being curled up for an hour. It's very hot for about 20 minutes if you don't drink any milk or do anything to cool it off and then it's all good.

kinda of a spin off of wings
we use 1 big bottle of franks wing sauce and one same size bottle of franks hotsauce. then we mix the 2 together and marinate chicken legs in it for 2 hours.
throw them on the grill and everytime you go to flip them re cover with the left over sauce

Every time I go out to eat buffalo wings, I always get the hottest ones I wanna try other places that have buffalo wing beside our usaull hooters, BBW, Wing Stop. So far hottest I've had was at Patty Shack wg ghost pepper. You can't go wrong with wing. Plus my girlfriend loves wing and we need a new wing place instead of BBW.

I'm like you, i always order the hottest wings possible to see if it hits the spot.

Patty Shack is too far for me though
