On the history channel. Looks like it could be an interesting show about meat. they are showing how the beef is cut up.

I only got to see the first hour of this show but it was pretty cool. The guy was in a meat market and they were cutting up all the parts of the cow at first. Then they started talking about pork and where the pigs came from and reasons for salting pork and ways to smoke.
I don't know if it is a series or just a special, but it got me hungry, and I had already ate.
