In the time it took from my post in your thread to this post, I have put together 5 Elk backstrap steaks, salad with a sweet balsamic dressing, while topped with Cweet Cynthiana wine. (Yes, it's spelled that way.)

The steaks were seasoned using a rather simple technique used only by real men. ( You know who you are!)

....and we killed it.

Now it's time to Fuck.

If you recall from our Elk steaks a few days ago, we used some rosemary just in case they were real gamy. Evidently, this one went down real fast. We could faintly taste game in these back straps.

That wine, as with any of Enoch's Stomp wines, was another excellent choice by Jenn.
