Suggestions?
The fiancée snagged a 45 lb yellowfin while we were in Cabo.
We cut some sashimi right there on the dock, took some of the meat to a local joint that night and had them do a variety of styles w/ it (garlic butter, fried, blackened and more sashimi), and we brought home 28 lbs vacuum packed.
Other than sashmi and nigiri (and I plan to learn to make sushi rolls)... any favorite recipes?
