A bad ass place that I almost forgot about until I stopped on the old "gentleman's road" (walnut hill/35E) is Paul's Porterhouse. http://www.paulsporterhouse.com/

That place was outstanding when I went there years ago with my pops.

Not sure if they do it anymore, but they used to have a wild game platter, quail, dove, emu, ostrich, razorback, nalgi, axis deer, moose, and a couple of others.

Couldn't find any shark AT ALL. Ended up getting some buffalo for the first time though and I must say it was pretty damn good.

Shark Finn Soup? Its not really exotic but its not something you think of eating everyday.

Its seasonal on the menu but they usually seem to have it when we get it for a family get together.

Its authentic, not that crappy PF Change / Panda Express /Pei Wei type of food.
