Where can I find some exotic type of food? I want to try something I've never had before like shark or something.

Money is no issue. What exactly would be considered exotic anyways?

Llama and Buffalo are both delicious and can be found at Central Market
If it weren't for the gutter, my mind would be homeless.

Depends on what you consider exotic.

Are we talking escargot and caviar, or what?

If money is no issue, you should be able to pay Brenda the $100 you owe him.
How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

FYI, I sent bcoop a message last week. Told him he could come by this week sometime just shoot me a pm and I'd give him my #

I told him I would be out at the farm over the weekend so no point in walking to my house from Stans friday night.

Edit: Bcoop I'm looking for like shark or something. I'm taking a friend out to dinner who has been going thru hard times. His birthday just passed and he couldn't even enjoy it so he asked if I'd take him out to dinner. He said he wanted to try shark to be exact. I'm not an expert on what exactly is exotic.....

No. He is a busy guy as am I. I really don't want to create a paypal account due to the negative things I've heard. Might end up having to do so though. He obviously isn't stressing over $100 and for what it's worth not once has he pm'd me an address..... Heck he might live around the corner for all I know he did say he goes to Stans which is basically a neighbor.

To be honest I don't even remember what the bet was about?

Bcoop was it the bet for who would win the NFC South title? I remember you going for the Falcons.

The guy works a lot from what I've read on the board and I work Mon-Fri as well and a lot of the weekends, and the weekends I don't work I'm out on the farm in Cooper.

Depending on how "exotic" you are looking for.

A bad ass place that I almost forgot about until I stopped on the old "gentleman's road" (walnut hill/35E) is Paul's Porterhouse. http://www.paulsporterhouse.com/

That place was outstanding when I went there years ago with my pops.

Not sure if they do it anymore, but they used to have a wild game platter, quail, dove, emu, ostrich, razorback, nalgi, axis deer, moose, and a couple of others.

I can't think of a single place around that has shark. I know for a fact, the top two seafood places in the area (Eddie V's and Chamberlain's) don't have it.

Come to think of it, I don't know if restaurants can even sell shark. I've had shark before, but it wasn't at a restaurant. And really, it's not that great anyways. It was good, but there are a million other things I'd rather have.

I've been to a place similar but it was in Colorado.... You could have bear and ram and just all kinds of different wild game. I didn't know a place existed in Dallas. I'm going to give them a call after work. I was looking for seafood to be honest but I'm not quite sure what is even considered exotic for seafood.

I'd love some wild game though. Plenty exotic enough for me. I'm sure you just have to catch them during the right seasons and they'll have it.

I can't find shark anywhere. I'm beginning to think it's either not in season(assuming there is a season) or it's illegal possibly? I'm really not sure and I'm about to just give up. I'm curious though what exactly does shark taste like? haha. And typically what type of shark is it?
